I’ve to install univention-config-wrapper before upgrading?
Can you please give us the last ~50 lines or so of /var/log/univention/updater.log?
The preup.sh tries to uninstall/purge the old legacy package univention-config-wrapper, but should just carry on if it’s not installed. I suspect that the problem that blocks the upgrade is somewhere else.

@andreaussi: Hm, the best part is missing 
Your log file just stops at “Please rerun command without --check argument to install.” If you compare it to the log file of @miclan, you can see that the important part appears afterwards. Can you run univention-upgrade on the command line, try the Upgrade to UCS 4.3 and then copy&paste all the output?
