Upgrading 4.3.1 to 5.0.6

Hi,
what would be the best way, to upgrade an old UCS 4.3.1 to latest 5.0.6 release?
I tryed by using “Software Aktualisierung” and by apt without success. Both are failing due missing online packages and due signature failures.
Is there a smarter way than wiping the hard disks and install UCS from scratch?

Hi,

you have to upgrade to UCS 4.4 with latest patchlevel release first, then use the preup-check scripts and upgrade to UCS 5.

Thanks, i will try this later this week.
One error message war regarding missing online packages. Maybe i should mount an 4.4. Iso for upgrading?
