Disabling Nextcloud TOTP (Authenticator app) without having acces to the backend

Hello,

how can i disable the 2 Factor Authentication without having access to the backend?
The TOTP app is not working as expected. Right from the beginning its asking for a backup code which i don`t have

in the docker shell try:
./occ twofactorauth:disable username

With input: sudo -u www-data php occ twofactorauth:disable administrator, i receive:

could not open input file: occ
