Zammad smtp connection refused

Hi there,

in our admin-team, we’d like to switch from OTRS to zammad. The migration worked so far. But zammad cannot connect to the mailserver (running on the ucs docker host, where the zammad app is installed).

It seems that it could connect properly via IMAP, but not via submission (587) Am I missing something in the configuration?

I guess it is not recommended to edit the docker-files of the zammad app, right?

Hey @gulden,

it was a wrong password in the env file. Changing that file, fixed the issue for us.
