I installed it months ago and there was never an update. This is technically very questionable, after all it is a GIT and my server is running on the net. I have Version 12, and now ist is Version 13.9

Would like to get back to this topic.
Since it is strongly recommended to update the installation.

If there are no plans to update the docker image it might be better to fall back to the Cool Solution implentation.
