VM image OwnCloud 500 Error during SSL Handshake with remote server

Hello everyone. I uses a ownCloud virtual machine image of version 10.0.1 (ESX).
Every thing works fine before. But after few days when I visit my owncloud site via https, I only get a 500 Error. It says:
Proxy Error

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /owncloud.
Reason: Error during SSL Handshake with remote server

Apache/2.2.22 (Univention) Server at ucs.domain.com Port 443

Hope someone can help me. Thanks.

Have you played back a snapshot?

I suspect a certificate error witch can be solved if you sync local time on your host.

If this does not work, log files would be very helpful.
