Virtual Machines UVMM

Hi there!!!
Trying to configure my Ec2 instances on UCS, but the UVMM fails to connect with the server
this is the error notification…

“The connection to the univention-virtual-machine-manager-daemon service failed.
This might be a temporary problem. Please wait some minutes for the connection to reestablish or restart the UVMM service.”

I’ve checked the logs but it’s the same message everywhere… Is this a temporary problem?

Stupid Question: Is the “univention-virtual-machine-manager-daemon” running? Can you create and start local instances?

Can you post the following log files?

  • /var/lpog/syslog
  • /var/log/univention/management-console-module-uvmm.log
  • /var/log/univention/virtual-machine-manager-daemon.log
  • /var/log/univention/virtual-machine-manager-daemon-errors.log
