User Quota Policy not working

I am unsuccessfully trying to apply quotas to the users home directories for all users by using a policy.

  • UCS 5.03
  • I activated quota for partition vg_ucs-home
  • I defined a policy “Schueler Home Dir Quota” (150MB/200MB for soft/hard limit)
  • I applied it to the top level LDAP tree (because I did not know where else to put it)
  • I checked to apply at every login

When I now login, no quota is enforced
When I set quotas manually for a user, it works

The quota seems to be active for the user:

Any hint what I might be missing?
