User account default values

Hello,
if I access any user in the UCS user manager. First it shows the Name etc. correctly but after about a second it changes it to default value as follows:
First name = System
Last name = LDAPuser
User name = ldapuser

Every time I have to re-enter the correct name etc. this is very annoying
