In under domain and mail have one mail server name but can see can add another mailserver domain name!
Have today an email domain olssondata.se
But can add another that have name olssondata.com
What happen if add my another mail domain in my server.

another domain can be added without problems. The domain will afterward be available to create email addresses for users. This does not affect then current setup.
Can login with that email adress on my kopano webapp after have installed my mail domain in my server
