I would like to configure the office 365 connector for SSO, but i could see that it is not working.
I would like to know whether it wont work for AD primary domain to configure in office 365 SSO

the Office365 setup wizard states: “Make sure that the verified domain which is set up in Azure Active Directory is not configured as the primary domain. Otherwise, the next step will fail.”
So no, you cannot setup Single Sign-On if your domain is configured as a primary domain in Azure.
Okay. Then if i make the primary domain in AD . Will it affect existing accounts in office 365
