Unable to login new user accounts

I am unable to login into my desktop with new accounts created.
The old accounts are able to connect without problems.

What could cause new accounts to not authenticate?
I tried changing the password in the web UI but that did not help.

I can not find any errors on the web UI or the terminal.

What should I do? I checked /var/log/univention/join.log and I found some errors regarding the s4_connector but i’m not sure if it is related.

First of all, you should run the server diagnostics on each server and try to fix any problems reported by them (log in to the UMC → “System” → “System diagnostics”).
