UCS VM extend Partition

Hi, i accidentaly setup my UCS 4.2.2 Partition with LVM too small.
What Tutorial is the best to resize the Partition.
The System was setup with 50 and should be extended to 128GB
Fdisk already can see the new HDD Size.
I tried several tutorials, but failed!
Or should I setup another Disk and move the files?
