UCS Intercom Service App not available

Hello everyone,

I am trying to install the UCS Intercom Service App according to the instructions:

My system meets the prerequisites listed in the manual:

  • UCS 5.2-3
  • Nextcloud: 30.0.15-0
  • OX 7.10.6-ucs11
  • Keycloak 26.3.3-ucs1

I have created the client in Keycloak according to the documentation. However, when I try to install the app, I receive the following error:

root ✗ srv01:~ univention-app install intercom-service
Resolving dependencies for intercom-service
Going to install UCS Intercom Service (1.9)
(must_have_fitting_ucs_version) 
Unable to install. Aborting...
Failure will leave these apps untouched: intercom-service

What am I doing wrong?

The topic “Intercom Service” apparently has no relevance. In that case, Univention should also remove the manual from the web server.
