When the home folder is created, where does it get the skeleton from? Can this be configured?
Found where it gets created from: /etc/univention/skel
I can now setup the structure I want for each new user.

Do you mean the folders named “v2” and so on?
They are for different Windows profile versions. Depending on your Windows version it will use a different profile directory.
