UCS failing to honor new VLAN assignments to existing users

Recently added a new group of users and created a new VLAN with assignments to the group for Network access - 1200 vlan id. This works as expected.

A second group of users that were created this time a year ago in 2024 were pulling DHCP from the default vlan. Their group was set up with Network access and moved to the 1200 vlan.

Despite the changes, users created last year in that group continue to pull DCHP assignments from the default vlan.

Two additional test steps taken to narrow down the issue.

  1. A new user was created and added to the group of the existing users.
  2. An existing user was deleted from the system and added back along with associating to the group

In both cases, each received DHCP assignments and placed in the 1200 vlan.

Looks to be LDAP related but unclear where this holdover is residing in the db.

Ideas to help resolve this issue appreciated.
