UCS Error after fresh Installation

Hi,

Myself Lokesh Kamath. I am very new new to Univention. After installing Univention I am getting the below message. I tried few things via google, but no luck.

Can anyone guide me to solve this issue. I am trying to install other apps it is not installing. I think it is because of these 2 domain join errors.

Hi,

tell us more about your environment. Is this error on a slave UCS server? Or backup or masteR? How many servers do you have installed?
The installation of the first master went fine with no errors? And the join of any secondary, too?

Chistian Voelker, Thanks for your response.

Error in Primary UCS Server. This is the first Server I have installed. We do have Windows PDC. Thought of removing that so installed this UCS.

Installing the 1st master only giving errors.

Hi,

I’ve locked the other thread as it covers the same issue.

Regarding your problem:
I guess you have already activated a couple of apps during installation.

Recommended way is to install your UCS Master server without installing updates or apps. Once properly up and running you should install all updates. And finally install the app you like to have.

So please reinstall your server from scratch.

Hi Christian Voelker,

Thank you so much.

We have installed 3 years back (testing purpose) at the same time there was issue with the server. So we continued with Windows.

Now again we installed with new Domain (not relation to old domain).

Anyway I will again install fresh copy of UCS and let you know.
