What elegant way is there to transfer all data from Kopano to the UCS mail system ?
We will no longer be using a groupware in the future, which is why we want to use the UCS mail system.
But just to be on the safe side: are there any restrictions in the UCS mail system for mobile devices?

you can transfer your mails with imapsync. I don´t know any restrictions but read the manual first, how to configure the mail tree.

Kopano also has small program kopano-migrate-imap which is based on imapsync, and has the folder structure already configured
You did not mention how many users, as with a large user base, this becomes very time consuming to do it one by one.
There are solutions for that as well
