System Diagnostic - "Critical: SSH connection to UCS server failed!" (Not a UCS server)

Keep seeing this message…

That server listed is not a UCS server. I have no idea why its listed. I have no idea why UCS is trying to SSH to it.

Why is this happening and how can I tell UCS to stop trying to SSH to that host?
