Sync + other tools not working as in regular Debian installs

Hello… a bit desperate here…

I’m trying to use a sync tool such as syncthing, resilio sync etc. I can install the tool, open the ports but yet I can never reach the interfaces. It appears that, as opposed to other debian installs I used, UCS refuses loading external applications using rootor Administrator. I tried on 2 different installs: 4.4-1 and the latest. I even have Zerotier installed on UCS and I can manage the UCS GUI using ZT without any issue but anything that doesn’t come bundled with UCS I can’t.

In the current situation, I needed to sync two disks (files+folders) to migrate the customer’s data into a UCS file share. Yet, despite the system showing me that resilio-sync is up and running, I can’t access the GUI at univentionIP:8888. Ports are opened. Firewall was restarted after changes… I also completely disabled the firewall and nothing works…

My install was either using ROOT or Administrator + sudo. Both failed while Resilio showed active and operational.

Anyone could explain me what I’m missing?
