In the system diagnostics the error appears again and again:

felt after every UCS or app update. The first one I fix by adding in /etc/ldap/slapd.conf the line:
rootdn "cn=admin,dc=lan,dc=gehr,dc=club"
to:
rootdn "dc=lan,dc=gehr,dc=club"
The second one I do by removing the objects as described here:
The objects are different every time. Why do these errors keep occurring and how can I fix them in the long run?
