SMPT Problem 501

Hello Professionals,

I have some problems to send mails. Please see the followed mail.info log. I hope that can somebody identify the problem and give me a detail solution for this problem because I’m a novice. Thx in advanced!:

I did try to fix one problem by deleting the wrong mail adress but not succesfull:

root@mail:~# postqueue -p
Mail queue is empty
root@mail:~# postsuper -d info@-swmacontact.de
postsuper: warning: invalid mail queue id: info@-swmacontact.de

But then I see the additional problem why I cant send mails with fetchmail SMTP error 501.

Hi I think your domain is invalid
a domain must not start with special character like your’s with a dash -

Thx externa for the hint! Yes, the domain in this mail is worng thats the reason why I want to delete this mail but I couldnt find this mail in the Queue :frowning:

Right now I found the problem. There was Maybe a spam mail which should be delivered to my account with this wrong domain (-swmacontact.de). I did solve this by connecting the Mail Client (e.g. Windows Mail) directly to strato and the mail was delivered and I could delete this directly. Now I have another error report. The mails will not be delivered because Strato does refuse the Connection, but there wasnt any change on the configuration. Hopefully somebody can help me with this problem. Please see the mail.log:
