After I had Problems to join an Ubuntu Server to my UCS Domain I that I solved, it generates a simple “Ubuntu” Object and I don’t see it as a Member Server/Managed Node that I could use as File Server. I moved the Object in LDAP to [myDomain].local:/computers/memberserver, but it didn’t help. So I have to change the Type/Class to “Managed Node” but I can only create such an object, but can’t change the joined Server.
If I create such an Object before, the Join scripts brings an error that the Object allready exists, what dosn’t surprise me.
Somebody know how to do that?
