I am unsure about what you are expecting.
AFAIK SDN is the way how to administer networks. UCS is an operating system like Linux, FreeBSD, Unix, MacOS, Windows and so far.
The only common point to SDN is IMHO the configuration of it’s network interface.
For SDN you need the hardware and the according management software. Check vendor’s hompeage if this software is available for Linux, then it might run on UCS.
