We have UCS server, but the roaming profile dosn’t work on client with windows 7 64 bit ultimate.

Hey,
can you provide some more details about what you mean when you say it “doesn’t work”? Are there any error messages when you log in as a user? Are there any error entries in Windows’ event log from around the time of the log in?
And most importantly: does the user you’re logging in with have a “Windows profile directory” configured in the UMC? Here’s a screenshot of the field I’m talking about:
