This is the server I have always dreamed of. I’ve been looking for this server for over 35 years. Now that I have it, I won’t let it go!
Is there a procedure for installing the server on a remote vps? I was wondering of there is a net install?
I wanted to install the server on a vps and test out some ideas I am formulating.

It very much depends. I am trying to figure this out as well as we speak.
To get started there is a documentation for deploying UCS as a virtual instance to EC2 (AWS) though this seems to use some procedure not easily replicated on other plattforms.
Right now i am working on deploying UCS using a cloudinit script which is complicated and not very well explained in the documentation but seems to be working - though i still have to figure some problems during installation out.
