Recommended Samba configuration for Mac

The Samba wiki recommends the following settings for MACOS:

vfs objects = fruit streams_xattr  
fruit:metadata = stream
fruit:model = MacSamba
fruit:posix_rename = yes 
fruit:veto_appledouble = no
fruit:nfs_aces = no
fruit:wipe_intentionally_left_blank_rfork = yes 
fruit:delete_empty_adfiles = yes

In UCS (5.0.1) I can add options only for one share. I have not found a way to add them globally. Is that possible somewhere?

I did something like

ucr set 'samba/global/options/fruit:posix_rename'=yes 

and so on.

I know, very late feedback but yes. It works. Browsing the shares on macOS is now running briskly.
