Why are not all class shares mapped automatically when a teacher logs on?
Answer
In some schools, all teachers are assigned to all classes so they can access files from every class share. When mapping all available shares to drives letters this would exhaust available letters (D: - Z:) therefore they are not mapped automatically.
Teacher have the possibility to map them manually and select the “Connect to this share on next logon” option.
