Is my UCS version still in maintenance?
Answer
A UCS version consists of a major version, a minor version and a patchlevel release. Let’s take UCS 5.1-2 as an example, 5 is the major version, 1 the minor version and 2 the patchlevel version.
The maintenance period is usually calculated when new versions are released.

Here are a few examples:

If UCS 5.1-3 is released, then UCS 5.1-2 is still in maintenance for six weeks.

If UCS 5.2-0 is released, then maintenanace for all UCS 5.1-x versions ends after 12 months.
