Is it possible to check the box “…next login…” in the module School Administration / Passwords (students) as default NOT checked?

Yes we have a ucs variable for this.
ucr info ucsschool/passwordreset/password-change-on-next-login ucsschool/passwordreset/password-change-on-next-login: <empty> Defines if the checkbox which requires a password change on next login is checked by default. Categories: management-umc
If you set the variable to no, the checkbox no longer is automatically checked.
ucr set ucsschool/password reset/password-change-on-next-login=no
