You can login via
https://<IP/FQDN>/api/admin/import_api/userimportjob/
To be allowed to do that you have to set the following ucr variable:
ucr info ucsschool/import/http_api/ALLOWED_HOSTS
ucsschool/import/http_api/ALLOWED_HOSTS: <empty>
Comma separated list of IPs and hostnames that are allowed to connect to the web application server. If not set only the server itself is allowed. Default: unset.
