Proxy Error for owncloud and egroupware

Hi,
I installed Owncloud and EGroupware in UCS and I am getting proxy error

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /egroupware/.

Reason: Error reading from remote server

The proxy server could not handle the request GET /owncloud/index.php.

Reason: Error during SSL Handshake with remote server

Apache/2.2.22 (Univention) Server at 10.1.0.198 Port 443
