Provider portal: sort of versions should list newer UCS versions at top

Hi,

whenever you want to select an app version to edit it shows a list of possible versions. This lists the oldest UCS (in our case 4.1) at the top and the latest (4.3) at the bottom.

I think it would be nice if the order was changed to have newer releases at the top instead.
