Problem:

But in AppCenter there is no newer version of your OPSI app available.
Environment
Version opsi_20190109143503 has been withdrawn shortly after release. An updated version has been released for UCS 4.4. In case the app was installed or updated during this short phase there is by default no upgrade path and therefore you are getting the above error message.
Solution
Disable the OPSI component with the withdrawn version and install a version later released.
root@ucs:~ # ucr set repository/online/component/opsi_20190109143503=disabled
root@ucs:~ # univention-app install opsi=4.1.1.9-4
After this the OPSI app is registered correctly.
