Problem
The user can login into the Portal or other Applications, like Nextcloud or Wekan, but login into Rocketchat fails with User unknown oder invalid credentials

Within journalctl -xe you find:
error: 'LDAP-login-error',`Preformatted text`
reason: 'LDAP Authentication succeeded, there is no email to create an account. Have you tried setting your Default Domain in LDAP Settings?',
And:
univention-ldapsearch uid=user mail -LLL
is empty

Add a valid mail to your user
