Problem
GroupPolicyObjects do not take place when a system registered as “IP managed client” joins the domain.
The type “IP managed client” is used for non windows systems. GPOs apply only to systems joined as Windows systems.
Solution
Un-join the system, remove it’s entry from “IP managed client” and re-join the computer.
