Problem:
User cannot change their password on their own via umc, but passwordchange via kpasswd and Windowsclient is possible and successful.
Logfile shows:
16.09.25 10:49:25.686 AUTH ( WARN ) : Changing password failed ((‘Authentication token manipulation error’, 20)). Prompts: [('Current Kerberos password: ', 1)]
Solution:
Restart the umc Server
systemctl restart univention-management-console-server.service
