After upgrading successfully from 4.4-0 to 5.0-* apps are missing, seam to be newly installed or URL missing and other strange behaviors.

Root Cause
When univention-app update is running, the app center cache is invalidated, new metafiles are downloaded and extracted. The first usage of appcenter python library functions finds no cache and rebuilds it. See bug for further details
