Investigation:
It seems, that the databas of the active directory is not properly tidied up:
samba-tool drs clone-dc-database "schein.ig" --server=<**NAME or IP of the AD DC**> -UAdministrator --targetdir /var/tmp/hq-AD --include-secrets
Solution:
Unfortunately the solution is not known, when an existing Exchange Server was part of the environment. But without this try an integrity check, and retry the takeover or the script from the investigation part again.
We guess that the error message comes from deleted references
