Kann mir jemand sagen ob phpBB3 nach der Cool Solution Anleitung (https://wiki.univention.de/index.php/Cool_Solution_-_Setting_up_phpBB3_with_LDAP_authentication) funktioniert? Die Anleitung ist für die Univention Version 4.1. Bei Version 4.3 wird php7 verwendet, was phpBB3 nicht unterstützt.

I haven’t tried it myself. That being said: the article should still be useful, even if it might be a bit outdated regarding how things are named and look in current versions of PHPBB. A quick search yields that the current minor release series of PHPBB, 3.2.x, should be compatible with PHP 7.x.
If you’re looking for something a bit more modern, I suggest you take a look at the Discourse software. It’s what powers this forum as well. Its official installation documentation explains how to set it up using Docker. You should be able to connect it with your LDAP server by using a plugin.

Have you ever installed Discourse on a Univention server? I can not start the configuration script because apache is already running. The recommended guide (https://meta.discourse.org/t/17247) didn’t help me either, as it assumed that Discourse is already working. The app.yml described in the guide does not exist.
