Problem:
Passwords are not synchronized to MS/AD when the AD/DC is a member server in the UCS domain.
Solution:
Check the password policies on both systems; they need to be equal.
- Check for password complexity
- Check for password length
Best practice is to also set age and history to the exact same values to avoid unexpected behavior.
