OX Guard HTTP Status 500

Dear Forum

Trying to send a secured email via OX results in:

A Guard server error occurred with HTTP status code 500. Error message: GRD-NOT-0001: An unexpected error occurred while trying to send an email: Could not convert socket to TLS

For your information: I am using my own certificate which is installed according (Using your own SSL certificates).

 openssl verify /etc/myssl/cert.pem
/etc/myssl/cert.pem: OK

Hi Xela,

can you please check /var/log/open-xchange/open-xchange.log.0 for errors regarding certificates, SSL, TLS or something like that?
