OX Appsuite 7.8.x up to what UCS version

Hello,

I’d like to update our outdated UCS 4.2.5 instance with OX Appsuite 7.8.4.

Up to what version of UCS is it possible to upgrade, without upgrading OX Appsuite to 7.10.x?

OX 7.10.0-ucs1 has been released together with UCS 4.3-0. So it is safe to upgrade up to UCS 4.2-99 :wink:

Hi Sönke,

I have to disagree a little. OX 7.10.2 has been released for UCS 4.4-0, but when you upgrade to UCS 4.3-0 you’ll get OX 7.10.0 without a query if you want to make this update step. You could probably work around this by disabling the UCR repository variables for the ox apps, but we haven’t testet this setup ourselves.

Oops, you’re right. I’m really sorry about that and I hope @audiolinux (and no one else) has continued to update on the basis of my statement.

To put it right again:
With the update to UCS 4.3-0 the version “7.10.0-ucs1” of the app “OX Appsuite” will be installed automatically. I.e. “4.2-99” would have been the correct answer.
