Owncloud X (10) - Admin User

Hello,

I just installed the new Ownloud X app. I logged in as “my” user and had no admin setting. Then I logged in with the administrator account - but also no admin settings.

Wich is the right user to get all settings?

It took me a while to figure out that the following information is not in the published README:

The default owncloud-administrator account is:
		Username: owncloud
		Password: owncloud

This account can be used to log in and assign the “admin” group to an LDAP-user.

I personally would prefer an additional hint that and how the password of this account should be changed.
