Owncloud - Certificates - Help for renew

Hi all from Wetech’ Spa, Italy, IT and VAR Company.
We have a problem with Owncloud.
We have installed it to a client in on-prem mode and we are not able to renew security certificates.

our certificate is Digicert, instructions from digicert:

Sorry for the question but the engineer who was in charge is no longer working for us and we need " child-proof " instructions to do it.

Hey @wetechs,

Not sure what you expect, but the article you suggested is actually the best (and detailed) guide there is.

Certs are important, and you need someone who knows stuff (or knows how to recover )
