OPSI on Slave server intallation problem

Hi I’ve installed OPS on slave UCS server, I’m tryng to rejoin, thi is error:

Object not found: cn=opsiHostId,cn=custom attributes,cn=univention,dc=cdlmvenezia,dc=intranet
Adding system users and groups...
WARNING: cannot append cn=ucs-1446,cn=dc,cn=computers,dc=cdlmvenezia,dc=intranet to hosts, value exists
No modification: cn=OPSI Depot Servers,cn=groups,dc=cdlmvenezia,dc=intranet
Adding system users and group: opsifileadmins
Checking if pcpatch group exists
Result: 0
LDAP Error: Type or value exists: modify/add: uniqueMember: value #0 already exists

for the most creation tasks we ignore already existing users / groups.
What version of opsi4ucs do you have installed on that machine?
