OpenXchange SSL Cert - new AD User - contex10 error

Hello everyone,

after we have our domain SSL certificate at:
dovecot
Apache
postfix

have set up

Can we log in with the existing AD users.

But new AD users who are registered via Windows cannot log in to Open-XChange.

The users are not written into the OX context.

However, manually creating a user in UCS works. This person can then also log in to OX.

Where is our mistake?

OX-connector shows:
