möglicherweise sind die Login Credentials nicht (ganz) korrekt und der Benutzer kann daher nicht auf einen internen OX Benutzer gemappt werden. Je nach Konfiguration des Servers, insbesondere in der Datei eas.properties, ergibt sich ein entsprechender Login Pattern:

This pattern will be used if the EAS client did not provide any domain.
The text “$USER” in the pattern will be replaced by the user name
provided by the EAS client.
