Open Xchange install settings - how to?!

Hi,

I have installed the OX AppsSuite from the Application store as well.
But when the process is finished the AppStore tell me

“Users need to be modified in the Domain administration in order to use this service.”

What is this? What do I do to get this thing work?

I get an error message when try to login into that App.

There is no documentation or anything else I can found a solution.

Hi,

these are 2 different topics.

  1. “Users need to be modified in the Domain administration in order to use this service.”
    Please have a look at the Users settings in the Univention Management Console. OX adds its own section to the “accounts” tab where you can enable a user and define specific rights for the appication.

  2. Error message
    The screenshot indicates that the AppSuite is not (yet) working. If the error persists I’d look at /var/log/open-xchange/open-xchange.log.0 for a hint.
