No Access to mysql-db

To make an import of an mysql-dump i get an error message:
Err 1045 (28000) Access denied for user… No matter which user and which pwd is use the errormsg stays the same. The kopanoDbUser, root or Administrator with one of the passwords in /etc/kopano/server.cfg or /etc/kopano-mysql.secret works…

How can i get access to the mysql-db in ucs?

Is there some misunderstanding? You say as root it works? So where is the issues?
